The total price includes the apartment rental for the period required, a final cleaning charge and taxe de sejour (tourism tax). Rates are for the apartment per week and include utilities, bed linen, towels and wifi. Final cleaning is an additional 90 euros per booking. Taxe de sejour is set by Grand Annecy and is 5% of the nightly rental price for one person per adult per night of your stay.
Payment is in euros by bank transfer or using our online payment facility which accepts both credit and debit cards. Please don't hesitate to ask for any further information via our contact form.
Prices below are for the apartment rental per week in euros. Changeover day is Friday unless that is a french public holiday. We are happy to consider other changeover days and shorter bookings of no less than 4 days outside the high season, but any short booking over a weekend must include Sunday night. The weekly rental prices shown are subject to change and revision without prior notice. Discount of 50 euros on second or subsequent weeks if cleaning/linens not required midway. Booking can be made via email. Payment terms are 30% on booking, with balance four weeks before the rental commences.
